She is the founder and Chairperson of the board. USIU alumni, a certified psychologist, and a member of the Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association (KCPA) with 5 years of work experience and has worked with Government institutions like Mathari Teaching and Referral Hospital. Over the years, she has interacted with people tackling mental health illnesses and is more aware of their day-to-day challenges. She has lost friends and relatives to suicide and depression and saw the need to create a space to talk about their issues and get help.
